Order processing times
Current lead times: I'm currently running at 15 Working Days for DTO and 5 Working Days for RTS
Let's all remember to be kind to the overworked posties, they're trying their best to work, Delays are to be expected due to Covid absences, and shouldn't be taken out on them, or on me.
Normal business: I will try my very best to have your order ready to go within 2-3 weeks of your order, (dyed to order) most orders are shipped within a couple of weeks.
Please do note that I have several chronic illnesses and ADHD which means my capability isn't the same from day to day. I do take a lot of medication for them, but flare ups still occur, and when they do, I'm in too much pain or brain fogged to work for a day or so.
I am just the one person working on Wildflower, and I do my very best to work through what I can every day, always chugging forwards.
So please do allow some flexibility on your shipping expectations 💖
This will allow me to stress less, and this keeps me healthier! I will regularly communicate my order processing times if I'm pushing into 'overdue' territory, but if you're unsure what's happening with your order, please do email me.

I ship orders twice a week, all are sent tracked through Royal Mail.
Please check your junk folder for the shipping confirmation before getting in touch about an overdue order, as some email providers like to put me there.
Customs/VAT - Europe
European customers, to save on the massive VAT charges and heartache and headaches from this, please use my Etsy
Customs/VAT - All International (except Europe)
Customers are responsible for all customs VAT/duties fees on receipt of Goods.
None of my prices include VAT, so you may be charged VAT by your country's customs authorities before the parcel will be released to you, according to the goods value threshold in your country. I am not in control of this, and I do not control the admin fees you may incur on top of the VAT charges. Please take this into account when ordering.
Covid
Re Covid-19, I am currently shipping to anywhere Royal Mail has no issues with - please see this Royal Mail International Incidents Bulletin page for further details re me posting to your country. If a country says 'on suspension' beside it, please note I will keep hold of your order until the suspension has been lifted.
Please also note, the length of time your parcel is in transit may be longer than usual, this is not something I can control.
If you aren't accepting of potentially long transit times outside of my control, please do not place an order, as it isn't worth the stress for both of us ❤️ Many thanks!!
