Returns & Refunds – Wildflower Yarn

I want you to love your yarn, but if something’s not quite right, I’m happy to help.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In original packaging (or suitable new packaging)
  • Free from scent (including smoke or perfume) and animal hair
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase


If you change your mind or aren’t satisfied, returns are accepted within this timeframe.

I will provide the return address once your request is approved.

Important

  • Returns must be requested before sending anything back
  • Items sent without prior contact will not be accepted
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
  • You are responsible for the item until it safely reaches me — please obtain proof of postage

If a return is lost in transit, you will need to claim through your postal provider.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact me as soon as possible so I can make it right.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale items (unless faulty or incorrect)
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, just ask.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original order and place a new one once your return is accepted.

EU / UK Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the UK or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still be unused and in original condition, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • This is typically processed within 10 business days

Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact me.

International Returns

If returning from outside the UK, parcels must be clearly marked as:

“Returned goods”

This helps avoid import charges or delays.
