Shipping & Dispatch – Wildflower Yarn

Dispatch Times

All items listed on the website are ready to ship, unless stated otherwise (for example: dyed to order or preorder).

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.

During busy periods (such as shop updates or launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

If you place multiple orders close together, I will combine them where possible and refund any duplicate postage.

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the postal service and are outside of my control.

Delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy postal periods.

UK Shipping

Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class, Second Class, or Signed For services.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–5 working days after dispatch

Please note: standard First and Second Class services do not include tracking.

If you require tracking, please select a tracked or signed service at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (where available).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • World Zone 1: around 10 working days
  • World Zones 2 & 3: 2–4 weeks

These are estimates only and may take longer depending on customs and local postal services.

Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 28 days (UK)
  • 6 weeks (International)

please contact me at hello@wildfloweryarn.com, and I will investigate.

After this point, parcels will be considered lost.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer
