This policy explains how cancellations work for different types of purchases, including subscriptions, preorders, and other special order types.

Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select.
Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions may renew automatically. You can cancel or update your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.
Cancellations will apply to future orders and do not affect orders that have already been processed.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Preorders and dyed-to-order items are created specifically for you.
By placing a preorder:
- You agree to the stated processing timeframe
- Your payment may be taken in full or in part at checkout
- Work may begin before dispatch
You may cancel your preorder only if work has not yet started.
Once work has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Standard Orders (In-Stock Items)
If you wish to cancel a standard order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once dispatched, the order must be returned in line with our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy (if applicable)
If offered, “try before you buy” items are authorised against your payment method before dispatch.
You will have a set period to return the item.
If the item is not returned within that timeframe, your payment method will be charged in full.
